We consider their spiritual, physical, mental, social and emotional well-being.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><strong>Sustainability<\/strong><\/em>:  Sustainability is not just about financial independence or long-term projects. We prefer to see it as an ongoing process of positive change regarding individuals and whole communities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><strong><em><strong>Core values<\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em>: We stand for quality, integrity, kindness, loyalty, accountability and transparency. Our work is inspired by the Bible and our belief in God and his Son Jesus Christ. We consider Jesus as our example in everything we do and evaluate our work and attitudes accordingly. Following Jesus\u2019 lifestyle, we believe in \u2018servant leadership\u2019 rather than leadership hierarchy. We strive to treat our co-workers and villagers with respect, without distinction, since we think all people are created in the image of God.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><strong><em><strong>Partnership<\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em>: We like to partner with other organizations, NGO\u2019s, churches and local committees. Since we address different needs within a community, cooperation with the community and linkages with various parties are required. Partnership involves commitment, risk, mutual learning, openness and respect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong><em><strong>Openness to learning, growth and creativity<\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em>: We want to open up our hearts by really listening to others; to discuss and change our approach rather than simply follow the rules or protocol. We appreciate constructive criticism and take into account the changing needs of communities.
