Since we address different needs within a community, cooperation with the community and linkages with various parties are required. Partnership involves commitment, risk, mutual learning, openness and respect.
- Openness to learning, growth and creativity: We want to open up our hearts by really listening to others; to discuss and change our approach rather than simply follow the rules or protocol. We appreciate constructive criticism and take into account the changing needs of communities.
